- The customer must check the delivered products immediately upon receipt. Any defective products must be reported to BLenS-Furniture by the customer immediately upon discovery and at the latest within a period of seven (7) days.
- Products supplied by BLenS-Furniture have a warranty period of six (6) months, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- If complaints about products are found to be justified by BLenS-Furniture, the customer will be offered repair, a replacement product or a refund of the invoice value of the product.
- The customer is not entitled to a warranty as described in this article if it is established that the defect in a product is caused by the customer’s actions.
